Changing Your Order

Orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day so you get your order as quickly as possible - subject to stock. We advise that as soon as you get the confirmation email, check it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors. If you have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order please give us a call to check if your order has been processed.

If you wish to remove items from your order please call us on 0845 050 93 83 with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched your order items can be refunded. Unfortunately it is not possible to add to orders once payment has been taken. If the value of the additional products is over £50 the easiest way to get additional products is to place a new separate order - delivery will be free! If the total of the items is less than £50 you can either pay a small carriage charge, or we'll refund your previous order so you can put the amended order through again. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock (this applies to orders placed on a working week day, orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day).
