All damages or irregularities in your order must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important that you indicate on the delivery note when you sign for the goods if items are damaged. Please notify us of damages by calling 0845 050 93 83 immediately.
Replacement goods will be sent out as soon as possible after you have notified us of damages, often the same day! Although by far the majority of orders are received undamaged the first time, please always allow some extra time to receive your goods as damages do sometimes occur. TileFix Direct cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred by the goods being delayed. We will always endeavor to complete your order as soon as possible.
