1 - 2 Working Day* Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50!
Delivery times are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am - 5pm.

Free delivery is usually a 1-2 working day service, depending on stock and availability.

Although we make every effort to ensure you order gets to you quickly and in great condition, damages and losses do sometimes occur. In these instances we will try to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.

Free 1 - 2 Working Day Delivery Conditions:
Weekday delivery only. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed on Friday for delivery the following Monday.
Bank Holiday and the period between 20th December - 2nd Jan are company holiday and deliveries will not be processed until the next available work day.
Free delivery applies to all orders over £50 inc. VAT.
Deliveries only to Mainland UK addresses qualify for free delivery.
The order has been placed before 2pm and all security checks have been completed.
All items on your order are in stock and available for delivery.
Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.

**Delivery service to Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly is generally 2+ days and weather dependant.

Please note:
TNT are our carrier who provide an excellent service and over 99% of deliveries are made on time. However every now and again there will be a problem. With this in mind we would like to suggest that you order the goods several days in advance of the day you actually require them!
