Delivery times are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Free delivery is usually a 1 - 2 working day service, depending on stock and availability.
Although we make every effort to ensure you order gets to you quickly and in great condition, damages and losses do sometimes occur. In these instances we will try to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
Free 1 - 2 Working Day Delivery Conditions:
- Weekday delivery only. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed on Friday for delivery the following Monday.
- Bank Holiday and the period between 20th December - 2nd Jan are company holiday and deliveries will not be processed until the next available work day.
- Free delivery applies to all orders over £50 inc. VAT (excluding Tiles).
- Deliveries only to Mainland UK addresses qualify for free delivery.
- The order has been placed before 2pm and all security checks have been completed.
- All items on your order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
