Product Details
HG Super Wall and Floor Grout Protector, provides maximum transparent protection against the penetration of (food), oil, fat and moisture. It also prevents the development of black mould, as the joints can no longer absorb liquid.
Instructions for use
- Clean the grout thoroughly, using HG Grout Cleaner, or for bathroom grout clean with HG Professional Limescale Remover
- Rinse all joints well with clean water and allow 24 hours for the area to dry
(Note. sufficient time should be allowed for NEW grouts to dry and to harden) - Apply HG Super Wall and Floor Grout Protector
- For joints in floors, especially intensively used floors; apply using the supplied pipette. (Note. use 1 to 2 ml of liquid per metre of grout of 0.5 thickness.)
- For joints between wall tiles; apply using a small brush, until fully absorbed - Allow to dry for 1 hour
- Repeat the process, to obtain optimal protection
- Excess fluid can be simply removed, using a cloth
- After 36 to 48 hours, the treated surface can be cleaned in the normal manner
- For floor grouting, the floor can be used after approx. 3 hours. Floors in showers can be used after approximately 8 hours
(Note. 250 ml per 30-40 m2 of floor area, based on floor tiles measuring 30 x 30 cm, and a grout thickness of 0.5 cm)
