Refund Policy

Refunds for goods returned in a saleable condition will be made within 5 days of the goods being returned to us. Refunds will only be made directly on to the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods. Refunds cannot be made to other cards or by any other means.

Goods that are not returned in a saleable condition will not be refunded. If you wish to return items, you must cover the cost of doing so. TileFix Direct cannot be held responsible in any way for damages caused returning items to us. We always recommend that you send all items recorded delivery and insure them if they are of high value.
