Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. All returned items must have a Returns Reference Number - provided on completion of our returns process. Click Here to Return Items. We will exchange items that are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly when notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product - subject to our terms and conditions. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
If you wish to change your mind after you have received you goods, you must notify us within 7 days if you would like to return any items. Returned goods must then reach us within 30 days. Returned goods may be subject to a handling charge.
