BAL Level Plus Liquid is a latex additive to enhance he performance of BAL Level Plus Powder. Add this latex additive to the BAL Level Plus Powder to enhance the performance of the system and increase it's suitability for a wider range of substrates. 

BAL Level Plus Smoothing & Levelling System is a unique super-smooth, rapid-setting leveller that uniquely can be mixed with latex additive BAL Level Plus Liquid as a 2-Part high-performance, protein-free, moisture-tolerant cementitious leveller for floors – OR – mixed with water as a 1-Part leveller for standard installations.

Rapid-setting polymer-modified cement-based powder that can be used with BAL Level Plus Liquid (Latex) to enhance performance.

BAL Level Plus Smoothing & Levelling System is ideal for laying on absorbent internal substrates, to prepare standard floor surfaces prior to installing:

  • Ceramic & porcelain tiles
  • Glass/ceramic/stone mosaic tiles
  • Natural stone
  • Sheets and soft furnishing (inc. vinyl, linoleum, carpet)
  • Wooden flooring (inc. parquet flooring, laminates)
  • Resilient flooring
  • Certain floor paints
  • Internal applications
  • Dry environments only, unless using BAL Waterproof 1C or BAL Tank It
  • Domestic or commercial use

A key feature of BAL Level Plus is it's unique multi-use system. Just mix with water for good all round performance when you need to level interior dry floors prior to laying decorative finishes, or on concrete, cement, sand screeds, terrazzo, quarry tiles and old tile adhesive residues. For super enhanced performance, mix with the BAL Level Plus Liquid. This superior mix is ideal for heavily trafficked floors and underfloor heating systems. This extended performance allows it to be applied over bitumen, heated screeds or directly over glazed tiles, and allows it to be used under under a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM).

Please note this product is not suitable for exterior use, total immersion areas (e.g. swimming pools) or use as a wearing surface.

We offer a free Click and Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect. Please wait for and bring your order confirmation paperwork with you.
