Delivery Times

Delivery times are Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Most deliveries from Tile Fix leave on Express Delivery for a 1 - 3 working day delivery service. Some products have longer delivery times, however this will be specified on the product page and at checkout.

There is a FREE 1 - 3 working day delivery service for all orders, excluding special order items, over £150 ex. VAT. The 1 - 3 day delivery time slot is dependant on stock and availability. Items over a certain size may incur a long length surcharge of £1.95 ex. VAT

Free 1 - 3 Working Day Delivery Conditions

  • Weekday delivery only. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be processed on Friday for delivery the following Monday.
  • Bank holidays and the period between 20th December and the 2nd January are company holidays. Deliveries will not be processed until the next available working day.
  • Applies to all orders over £150 ex. VAT.
  • Only deliveries within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) qualify for free delivery.
  • The order must be placed before 1pm and all security checks must have been completed.
  • All items in the order are in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the total of the order.

Where's My Order?

All orders should be delivered within 1 - 3 working days after it has been dispatched from Tile Fix. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived by 4pm on the day you expect, please email us or call our advice line on 0333 320 04 24. We use third party couriers to deliver orders.

Please note:
Our carrier provides an excellent service and over 99% of deliveries are made on time. However, every now and again there will be a problem. With this in mind we would like to suggest that you order the goods several days in advance of the day you actually require them!

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect. Please wait for and bring your order confirmation paperwork with you. Collection address is Tile Fix Direct, Unit 1 Hollybush Lane, Ash Vale, GU11 2PX.

Delivery Terms & Conditions for Shower Screen Deliveries

This includes a two man delivery to your room of choice. You can expect delivery with 5 - 7 days of your order.

The exact position of your delivery is up to the discretion of the independent delivery driver. You agree to take full liability for the goods if ANY concessions to these conditions are made.

Delivery Damages

It is extremely important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. You must notify Tile Fix Direct by emailing us or calling 0333 320 04 24 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.

After you have notified us of the damages, replacement goods will be sent out as soon as possible.

The majority of goods reach the destination undamaged; however, damages during transit do occur. Please ensure that you've allowed extra time for your order to arrive in the case that damages occur. Tile Fix Direct cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred by the goods being delayed.
