Welcome to the Tile Fix Direct delivery hub, where we aim to answer all your questions regarding the delivery of your goods. We work with the top UK shipping couriers to provide you the best service possible.
We currently offer free delivery to UK Mainland for orders over £375 ex-VAT (£450 inc VAT), and simple honestly-priced delivery options for all orders below that. We also offer a free click & collect service from our site in Hampshire!
Most orders for stocked items are dispatched on a 1 - 2 working day service, with most arriving the next working day.

Free delivery
When you spend over £375 ex-VAT (£450 inc-VAT) we'll cover your shipping costs to UK Mainland addresses. This is our way of saying thankyou for shopping with us and trusting us to get your project off to a great start. We can't currently offer free shipping to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, or any off-shore Islands as shipping rates & courier surcharges to these locations fluctuate.

Click & collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 15:30pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect, and bring your order confirmation email with you.

Delivery costs
Exact delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page. Delivery costs are based on the items in your cart and the location we are shipping your items to. We currently offer a 1 - 2 working day parcel service, a 3 - 4 day standard pallet service, and a premiuk 1 - 2 day pallet service to the UK mainland. For the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK Islands, we offer a 3 - 4 day parcel service and a 3 - 4 day pallet service.

Where is my order?
All orders should be delivered within 1 - 3 working days (Mon - Fri) after it has been dispatched from Tile Fix. Orders placed before 1pm usually are dispatched the same day. If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived by 3pm on the day you expect, please email us or call our advice line on 0333 320 04 24.
We use third party couriers to deliver orders. Over 99% of deliveries are made on time, but every now and again there will be a problem. We suggest that you order the goods several days in advance of the day you actually require them.

Long Length Surcharges
Some of the products we stock are irregular sizes, which incur extra shipping costs from our couriers. Tile trims are an example of this, measuring 2.5 metres in length despite being fairly light to ship. All long length items incur a long length shipping surcharge based on the weight and length of the item to combat this.
This surcharge is automatically added to your delivery total at the checkout stage.

Delivery damages
It is extremely important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. You must notify Tile Fix Direct by emailing us or calling 0333 320 04 24 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
After you have notified us of the damages, replacement goods will be sent out as soon as possible.
The majority of goods reach the destination undamaged; however, damages during transit do occur. Please ensure that you've allowed extra time for your order to arrive Tile Fix Direct cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred by the goods being delayed.
