Installation & Use Notes

  • Substrate Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and stable. Suitable for concrete, timber, and other common subfloors.
  • Adhesion: The fleece-backed membrane should be adhered using a flexible tile adhesive.
  • Cable Installation: ThermoSphere heating cables are pressed into the membrane channels. Spacing determines the heat output.
  • Tiling: Tiles can be laid directly over the membrane using a suitable adhesive.
  • Waterproofing: For wet areas, use waterproofing accessories to seal joints and edges.

We wouldn’t use any other system, its brilliant! Cuts working time by half, easy to use, inexpensive, brilliant technical backup and the extra strong cables eliminates the concern of breakage. We’re very happy with the membrane system!
