We will be closed from 22nd December until 28th December for the Christmas break. The office will be open again for enquiries and to dispatch orders on 29th December, then closed again from 30th December until 2nd January. Please see below our last dispatch dates:
- Items stocked in our warehouse: Order before 12pm on 21st December for dispatch before Christmas, orders after this will be dispatched on 29th or 30th December. Orders placed after 12pm on 29th December will be dispatched after 3rd January.
- Items sent direct from suppliers: Order before 12pm on 20th December for dispatch before Christmas. After this all orders will be dispatched on 3rd January.
- Click & collect: We will be open on 29th December from 10am for collections, please wait for a text message to confirm your order is ready for collection.
- Customer service: our office is closed from 3pm 21st December, open 10am - 2pm 29th December. Open again 9am 3rd January.
Please be aware that although we dispatch most orders on a 24 hour service, over the holiday period deliveries may be delayed and we cannot guarantee a dispatch or delivery date.
