Schluter Ditra-Heat Duo Matting

Schluter DITRA HEAT DUO Matting is polyethylene membrane with a cut-back stud structure and a special sound-deadening/thermal barrier fleece laminated on the underside. It is a universal substrate for tile coverings, which serves as an uncoupling, crack bridging, waterproofing, vapour pressure equalisation layer and is designed to be used as a carrying membrane for the Schluter DITRA HEAT E HK Heating Cable. Available in 1m² units from Tile Fix Direct, so you never buy more than you need!

Schluter Ditra-Heat E HK Heating Cables

The Schluter DITRA HEAT E HK Cable is an electrical under floor heating cable with a unilateral connection for installation in the Schluter DITRA HEAT DUO matting. The Schluter DITRA HEAT E HK Cable is available in 17 different lengths for single zones. Note: these cables must not be shortened.

The Schluter DITRA HEAT E HK Cable can be installed in the matting on both walls and floors. It is recommended to set the spacing of the cable at 3 studs apart in the matting for floors, this gives a heat output of 136 W/m². For walls, the cables can be set at 2 studs apart – this gives a heat output of 200 W/m². Please see the table in the resources tab to see what length cable you need to order.

Schluter Ditra-Heat E RT6 Smart Thermostat with WiFi

The Schluter DITRA HEAT E R6 Smart Thermostat is a versatile all-in-one smart thermostat for use with the Schluter DITRA HEAT Electric Underfloor Heating System. The Schluter DITRA HEAT E R6 Smart Thermostat is based on the existing Schluter DITRA HEAT WiFi Thermostat, and features a 5.1cm (2″), self-explanatory backlit touchscreen display and a manual mechanical main switch. It comes with pre-set and adjustable timer programs, selectable room settings and an energy consumption display. The user language is adjustable.

The Schluter DITRA HEAT E R6 Smart Thermostat can be operated manually via the touchscreen display, remotely using WiFi in conjunction with the Schluter-HEAT-CONTROL app or by voice control using an Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant smart home device. The discreet thermostat offers minimal visual impact within a room and connects directly to a chosen wireless network.

Delivery

Delivery times are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Most deliveries leave on Express Delivery for 1 - 3 working day delivery service. A 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

Long Length Items like tile trims will incur a £9.99 delivery surcharge in line with our couriers. This surcharge is automatically added onto your order at the checkout stage.

Special 1 - 2 Day Shipping occurs when an item is sent to you direct from the manufacturer, usually on a next day service. This usually incurs a flat rate shipping charge of £15.99.

Click and Collect

We offer a free Click and Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect. Please wait for and bring your order confirmation paperwork with you. Collection address is Tile Fix Direct, Unit 1 Hollybush Lane, Ash Vale, GU11 2PX.

Delivery Damages

It's important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Notify Tile Fix Direct by emailing us or calling our advice line on 0333 320 04 24 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
