What's in the ThermoSphere SmartHome Electric Underfloor Heating Kit?
The ThermoSphere Underfloor Heating Kit is quick and easy to fit. The ThermoSphere Decoupling & Underfloor Heating Membrane is supplied on a roll at a length of your choosing. These mats are adhered to the substrate using a standard tile adhesive, or, if you select the self-adhesive backing membrane, no tile adhesive is required. The heating cable can then be installed in the matting in the exact area that you want to heat, then connected to the thermostat. When this is done, the tiles can be laid straight on top of the entire installation using tile adhesive.

Delivery times are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Most deliveries leave on Express Delivery for 1 - 3 working day delivery service. A 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

Long Length Items like tile trims will incur a £9.99 delivery surcharge in line with our couriers. This surcharge is automatically added onto your order at the checkout stage.
Special 1 - 2 Day Shipping occurs when an item is sent to you direct from the manufacturer, usually on a next day service. This usually incurs a flat rate shipping charge of £15.99.
Click and Collect
We offer a free Click and Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect. Please wait for and bring your order confirmation paperwork with you. Delivery Damages
It's important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Notify Tile Fix Direct by emailing us or calling our advice line on 0333 320 04 24 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
